Aon Center is a tall skyscraper, located in Chicago, Illinois, the United States with a height of 328 m, 362.5 m to tip. Also, its coordinates are 41°53′07″N87°37′17″W. Furthermore, American architect Edward Durell Stone (an American architect), drew the plans for the building.
Construction of the building started in 1970 and ceased in 1974 after the building was completed. Also, the building has eighty-three (83) floors above ground; and 5 floors below ground.
Firstly, the total floor area of the building is also 3,599,968 sq ft. Secondly, there are fifty (50) elevators in the building. Jones Lang LaSalle – an American Real estate company – has its headquarters in the building. Thirdly, Turner Construction (American construction firm), got the contract to erect the building. Finally, in 2015, Victor Gerstein and Mark Karasick bought the building from Piedmont for $713 million.
